Frixynics accepts payments through PayPal at the moment of purchase.

If you wish to purchase using a credit card, you may do so via PayPal without having a PayPal account. If you need assistance with this process, we will be happy to guide you.

Transactions will be cancelled after three days of non-payment. Should you have any problems with the payment process, please contact us and we will try to help.

We reserve the right to refuse a transaction for any reason.


Domestic (UK) orders will be shipped free of charge.

International orders, please contact us before making a purchase in order to discuss shipping options and costs.

Expected delivery times:
UK: 3-5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL: 6-15 business days.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

Every item is hand made with attention and care.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will refund, exchange or replace your order.  

We will try to assist you where possible.

Please Note: When exchanging or replacing orders the buyer will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.  Any replacement order will be shipped on receipt of the original order.
